Vineyard National Leaders Conference 2019

Tuesday 29th – Thursday 31st January 2019

Book Now

We are thrilled to invite you to The National Leaders’ Conference in Nottingham this coming January. It’s such a great opportunity for us all, as leaders, to gather together to worship, to meet with God, to be inspired and to spend time with friends, old and new.

NLC 2019

Across the movement momentum is building, there appears to be fresh activity in the areas of signs, wonders and salvation. There is a longing for and an expectation of a move of God.

The Kingdom is here, his Spirit is with us: Now is the Time. 2 Corinthians 6:2 says ‘now is the time of God’s favour, now is the day of salvation.’

Derek Morphew

Derek is the Academic Dean of Vineyard Institute. He did his theological training at Rhodes University, where he majored in Biblical Studies and Systematic Theology (BA cum laude), after which he obtained his PhD in the field of New Testament Studies at the University of Cape Town.

His career has gone through three stages, first as pastor and church planter, then as coach and overseer to pastors and churches, and then as developer of educational systems. He was the primary developer of Vineyard Bible Institute, has been the formative influence in Vineyard International Publishing, and after working for Vineyard Leadership Institute for a brief spell has been responsible for the academic development of Vineyard Institute.

He and his wife Karin live in Cape Town, South Africa. He has two daughters and two grandsons.

Katia Adams

Katia is the co-director of Frequentsee. She is an apostolic teacher who is known for releasing revelation and breakthrough. Katia teaches in theological courses, church conferences and leadership events internationally. She was born in the Middle East and has an incredible revival legacy passed down from her grandfather and parents who pioneered the modern-day church in Iran. In addition to being a preacher, motivational speaker and church leadership consultant, she is also a medical doctor, wife to Julian, mother to two busy children and an avid reader of the Daily Telegraph.

Putty Putman

In the process of obtaining a Ph.D. in theoretical quantum physics, Putty ran headlong into the power and reality of the Holy Spirit during a supernatural encounter in China. Following the leading of Jesus to sell everything he had to purchase the pearl of great price, Putty terminated a successful career in physics to pursue learning, leading and training others to move in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Putty is on the Senior Leadership Team of the Vineyard Church of Central Illinois and co-leads the preaching team, as well as oversees the School of Kingdom Ministry, a supernatural training and discipleship school hosted by local churches across the country and around the world. As a gifted communicator and passionate equipper, Putty loves to see people grow in the conviction of who they are in Christ and be released to live a naturally supernatural lifestyle empowered by the Holy Spirit.

John and Debby Wright

John & Debby are the National Directors of the Vineyard movement and have been serving together in pastoral ministry since 1990. John initially trained and worked for a number of years as a jeweller before studying at London Bible College. Debby lived in Chile until she was 13 and later moved to Nottingham to train as a dancer and artist.

They first got involved with the Vineyard movement in 1982 and in 1987 they spent 8 months as interns at Anaheim Vineyard (under John Wimber the leader of the Vineyard Movement in the USA). Following their time at Anaheim they returned to England to help John and Eleanor Mumford start the first UK Vineyard in London. They worked at South West London Vineyard for 9 years before moving back to Nottingham to set up Trent Vineyard.

In September 2015 they became the National Directors of Vineyard Churches UK and Ireland, whilst also continuing to lead Trent Vineyard.
